Purpose

Define the foundational philosophy and operating doctrine that governs:

how WST is understood

how it behaves

how it scales

how participants align

This document ensures that as the system grows, it does not lose its intent.

Systems fail when they forget why they were built.

Doctrine preserves intent across time, scale, and people.

Foundational Premise

Projects represent human dreams.

WST exists to help those dreams move from intention → execution → reality.

WST is:

not the creator of the dream

not the owner of the outcome

not the authority over human intent

WST is:

a structured environment where declared truth becomes coordinated reality

WST is not static.

If everything else were removed, WST would still be:
