Foundational Notice — Declaration of Truth & Intent

The World Standing Together™ (WST) system operates on declaration.

Every action within WST, including records, instruments, holdings, offers, and transfers, originates from a Member’s declaration of intent, capacity, and truth.

By entering or participating in the system, you acknowledge that your declarations are:

Made in good faith
Based on your lawful authority and standing
Complete to the extent required for understanding
Binding in effect and relied upon by the system and other Members

These declarations may be preserved as immutable records and may serve as evidence of your stated position, intent, or activity within the system.

Integrity of declaration is the foundation of all value, trust, and continuity within WST.
